How to use: As a food supplement for adults, three measures of 10 ml a day (one before each meal). For adolescents, three measures of 5 ml a day (one before each meal). For children, three 2.5 ml measures a day (one before each meal). Take the recommended dose diluted in table water. Shake the bottle well before opening it.
